Semi-Pro looking to buy first D-SLR, please HELP?
I have been shooting photos on film now for several years but I am a little lost when it comes to what digital camera I should get. I am looking for a camera with high quality photos, lots of control over my pics, and great equipment for my investment.
So far I have been considering the Canon Digital Rebel or Canon Digital Rebel XTi. Which would be a better or choice or are their other models/brands out there which would serve me better?
Since you already have good canon lenses, just get the best Canon camera you can afford.
Don’t spend too much, because unlike your Canon EOS 35mm camera bodies, DSLR’s will not last decades … not because they are lower quality, but because digital technology changes so fast, pros have to change bodies about every 18 to 24 months … instead of every 20 to 30 years.
