My HP Photosmart 935 digital camera only prints 24X36?
My HP Photosmart 935 digital camera only takes 24X36 pictures when it is set to 1 megapixel and 36X48 when it is set to 5 mega pixels. It says to turn it to 1 megapixel for 4X6 prints. So when I try to print these to regular 4X6 prints, the images look like crap because they started out so large when the pic was taken……. HP is no help….Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to get my camera to print normally? I bought it seven years ago and didn’t find out till a year after I bought it that it was doing this so it is not under warranty or anything through HP anymore…
Thank You…..but the problem is when I resize the images to 4X6 they are super pixelated and look horrible.. i am using photoshop to resize them (I am decently experienced in photoshop, resized many things before for printing using this program).
Well that’s HP for you! I’ve had similar experiences.
Now set your camera for the maximum number of pixels, This is also shown in most cameras as the setting that gives the LEAST number of photo’s for the memory card that is in the camera.
The above setting gives the best quality. And your images should be great especially since they are coming from large files.
