I need a new Camera but which one to get?
I currently have a pentax Optio W60 digital camera. It’s good and all but I think i was just taken in by the waterproof feature which i never even use. I want to upgrade and find a newer better camera. I figured this would be a good time since im going to Italy for spring break.
This is what I want:

Why does it say that one can have a digital waterproof camera under water ONLY FOR UP TO 1h ??
I can’t find now where I read it, but I think it was in one of those Olympus Stylus Waterproof cameras. Now I don’t understand how being under water for more than an hour could damage the camera while being for 45 minutes cannot !! There are depth regulations, OK, I get that, it’s because of the pressure. But once the camera is a waterproof one, it is waterproof always !!
