I need a new Camera but which one to get?
I currently have a pentax Optio W60 digital camera. It’s good and all but I think i was just taken in by the waterproof feature which i never even use. I want to upgrade and find a newer better camera. I figured this would be a good time since im going to Italy for spring break.
This is what I want:

this would the most perfect camera for me im looking to pay less than $500 and links will be especially helpful. Also places where i can find a camera thats right for me. Thank you!
Nikon D3000 it’s an entry level camera which means it’s just right for what you want it for and its just about in your range. Has pretty much everythign you wanted, 12 Mega Pixels.
I have a D5000 and D90 and I am really happy with them both but for what you want it for I would go for the D3000 it comes as a kit with the lens which you can always change.
