Are there any other waterproof digital cameras other than the Olympus ones?
Yes, Pentax makes waterproof digital cameras.
Their current version is the Pentax Optio W60.

Older versions can also be found cheaply on eBay. Try the Optio W30, for example.
Also, you might also consider a waterproof housing for regular point and shoot cameras. For example, I have a Canon A570 IS and use a Canon waterproof housing (cost, about $125) for that camera. The advantage is that you can take the camera deeper than an Olympus or Pentax. However, it does make the camera considerably larger.
